At Piera Pasta Fresca we offer a range of Pasta Types including Pasta Corta: shorter pasta, Pasta Lunga: long pasta and Gnocchi e pasta ripiena: a mix of gnocchi and pasta with various fillings. Serving fresh pasta shows a great deal of care in preparation and a high level of pride in the household’s culinary skills. Our Chef Piera enjoys preparing fresh pasta daily, for various restaurants and clients around Melbourne and loves sharing her italian culture to other cultures in Australia.
