Ravioli di Carne
Round and “chubby” our meat ravioli are stuffed with a braised pork stuffing, camembert cheese and a touch of truffle oil.
Ingredients dough: flour, semola, eggs
Ingredients filling: pork, pork sausage, onions, carrots, red wine, bay leaves, camembert cheese, parmesan cheese, truffle oil, salt, pepper
Allergens: gluten, egg, lactose, fructose
How to cook
Cooking time: cook in boiling water for 2/3 minutes
Don’t cover them with elaborate sauces but try a simple butter and parmesan.
